身管内膛镀层热压耦合分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 为寻找某身管镀层失效原因,提高身管寿命,依据不同厚度镀铬、镀镍、镀钨及钨-镍镀层方案试验结果,选取身管烧蚀和磨损最严重的膛线起始部位为研究对象,对各种涂镀方案进行了热压耦合计算和分析。通过对计算结果和试验结果的分析认为:镀层厚度不宜超过0.15 mm,镍不宜作为与火药气体直接接触涂层,镀层材料与基体金属热膨胀系数不匹配是镀层易开裂的主要原因;并提出了两种新的身管镀层方案。 For the purposes of finding out the determinants of coating failure and extend the life of the barrel, based on different thickness of chromium plating, nickel plating, tungsten and tungsten nickel plating solution test results, the origin of rifling, which is the most serious part of erosion and wear, was selected as the object of study. Hot press coupling was calculated and analyzed for different coating solutions. Through a comprison of the calculation results with the experimental results, three pieces of advice were proposed: coating thickness should not exceed 0. 15 mm; nickel should not be used as a coating for direct contact with powder gas, and the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficient between the coating material and the base metal is the main reason for the cracking of the coating. Two new barrel plating solutions were presented.
