The integration level of the electronic products gets great improvement with the development of electronic informa- tion technology and the negative effects caused by micro-pollutions on the electronic products increase seriously.The superfine fiber clean wipers are been used more and more widely.This paper analyzes the threat caused by the main micro-pollutions, the main performances of the clean wipers, the reference stancdards of the clean wipers and the technology level of our company clean wipers.
