摘要 甲型流感是世界上分布最广泛的人兽共患病之一,其频繁暴发给全球公共卫生带来巨大危害。流感病毒跨宿主感染,首先需要在受体结合特异性上发生改变。流感病毒血凝素(HA)与宿主表面特异性唾液酸糖受体结合,在病毒致病力方面起着关键的作用。本文对国内外近年来流感病毒与受体结合特异性的检测方法进展做一综述。 Influenza A is one of the most widely distributed zoonosis diseases of the world ,which brings great harm to global public health with its frequent outbreaks. Influenza virus crossing species barrier occurs when the HA-receptor binding specificity changes. The binding between the influenza virus hemagglutinin(HA)and specific sialic acid galactose receptor on the surface of host ,plays a key role in viral pathogenicity. This review aims to summarize the detection methods of the receptor binding property of influenza virus in recent years at home and abroad.
