翻译模因论视角下的河西走廊特色饮食词汇英译研究

Study on the Translation of Characteristic Dietary Words in Hexi Corridor from the Perspective of Translation Memetics

基于地域和文化差异,河西走廊特色饮食文化中不少饮食词汇很难在目标语中找到完全等值的对应词,无法恰当地将地方特色饮食文化转换为目的语。为了达到翻译目的,模因论提供了理想的翻译途径,可以准确地填补饮食文化翻译的不足。因此,从翻译模因论的视角,探究模因在其中所发挥的作用,以期为河西走廊特色饮食词汇翻译提供新的研究视角,既可以凸显河西走廊的特色饮食文化,又可以为河西走廊特色饮食文化的对外传播起到助推作用。

Based on the regional differences and the large deparities in culture, it is difficult to find the corresponding translation equivalences for the characteristic dietary words in Hexi Corridor, and properly convert the regional characteristic culture into target language. In order to attain the translation purpose, memetices provides us the ideal translation approaches, which can make up the translation of dietary culture. So from the perspective of translation memetics, it aims at exploring the roles of meme plays in the translation of dietary words in Hexi Corridor,hopeing to provide a new perspective for the study on the translation Of characteristic dietary words in Hexi Corridor. It not only highlights the characteristic dietary culture in Hexi Corridor,but alsopromotes the external communication of it.
