基于村寨特色旅游的西南少数民族地区精准扶贫实践研究

Study on the Practice of Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Minority Areas of Southwest China Based on Village Featured Tourism

旅游精准扶贫是精准扶贫的重要议题之一。实践证明,发展旅游精准扶贫能实现人与生态系统和谐发展,有效解决贫困问题。该文以丽江束河古镇为例,在调查研究的基础上,分析了束河古镇旅游精准扶贫现实状态,探寻当地旅游精准扶贫新模式,最后给出旅游精准扶贫的对策与建议,以期为西南片区民族村寨实现旅游精准扶贫提供参考。

Tourism accurate poverty alleviation is one of the important issues of targeted poverty alleviation.Practice has proved that the development of tourism accurate poverty alleviation can realize the harmonious development of people and ecological system,and solve the poverty problem effectively. Taking ancient town of Shuhe in Lijiang as an example and based on the investigation and analysis of realistic condition of Shuhe Town,this paper explores new model of local tourism accurate poverty alleviation,and finally gives countermeasures and suggestions.It is expected to provide reference for the ethnic minority villages in Southwest China to achieve accurate tourism poverty alleviation.
