点穴经筋疗法治疗颈性眩晕临床效果

Clinical effect of digital acupoint pressure therapy in treating cervical vertigo

目的观察点穴经筋疗法中点穴经筋手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月~2016年9月广西壮族自治区人民医院推拿科收治的72例颈性眩晕患者,并按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组采用点穴经筋疗法中点穴经筋手法;对照组采用普通推拿套路手法治疗,两组均每天治疗1次,共治疗10次。比较两组患者临床疗效及颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组量表评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论点穴经筋手法与普通推拿套路手法对颈性眩晕患者均有效,但点穴经筋手法疗效优于普通套路手法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of digital acupoint pressure therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods From July 2013 to September 2016, 72 cases of cervical vertigo were selected, which were treated in Massage Department, the People＇s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, with 31 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with digital acupoint pressure therapy, while the control group was treated with general massage therapy, both groups were treated once a day and treated 10 times. The curative effects and the scores of cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment scale in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the curative effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the score of cervical vertigo and functional assessment scale between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the scores in the two groups were increased, and the score in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective for the patients with cervical vertigo through the digital acupoint pressure therapy and general massage therapy, while the digital acupoint pressure is better than the massage therapy.
