虽然当前校企合作培养高职学生专业技能已经得到了广泛的认同,并取得了良好的成效,但是对校企合作培养高职学生职业精神的研究还处于探索阶段。本文分析培养高职学生职业精神的必要性,以及职业精神的内涵和核心要素,探讨校企合作培养高职学生职业精神的策略。

Although the current professional skills of students trained by colleges and enterprises have been widely recognized, and good results have been achieved, but the research is still in the exploratory stage. This paper analyzes the necessity, connotation,core elements and strategy of cultivating the college students＇ occupational spirits.
