以"和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢"为核心的丝路精神,四者之间存在着内在的逻辑性。和平合作是开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢的前提。在和平合作基础上,才可以有开放包容。在树立开放包容的精神时,必须要有互学互鉴和互利共赢的态度。"一带一路"倡议不会重复地缘博弈的老套路,而将开启合作共赢的新模式;不会形成破坏稳定的小集团,而将建设和谐共存的大家庭。

The ＂peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning, mutual benefit and win- win＂ is the core of the spirit of the Silk Road. There is an inherent logic between them. Peaceful cooperation is the premise of the open tolerance, mutual learning, mutual benefit and win-win. The openness and inclusiveness must be on the basis of peaceful cooperation. In establishing the spirit of openness and tolerance, we must have the mutual education and mutual benefit and win-win attitude. ＂The Belt and Road＂ construction will not repeat the old game of geography, but open a new model of win-win cooperation; will not form a destructive small group, but build a harmonious and coexistence big family.
