地方本科高校青年教师科研能力提升探析——以龙岩学院为例

Analysis on the Promotion of Scientific Research Ability of Young Teachers in Local Universities—— A Case Study of Longyan University

青年教师作为最有科研潜力的专业知识人才,为高校的改革创新注入了新鲜的血液。青年教师作为我国科研的主要力量,深深影响着我国的科研水平,进一步决定了我国科研的竞争力。文章基于青年教师科研能力现状,探析影响青年教师科研能力的因素及提升青年教师科研能力的对策。

As the most potential professional knowledge talents of the scientific research, young teachers are the new powers of the innovation and reform of colleges and universities. As the main force of scientific research in our country, they have a profound impact on the level of scientific research and further determine the competitiveness of scientific research in China. Therefore, this paper takes Longyan University as an example, discusses their current situation and the influencing factors and puts forward some improving countermeasures.
