传统师范教育本科专业转型发展探索——以重庆师范大学教育学专业为例

Exploration on the Transformation and Development of Undergraduate Education in Traditional Normal Education——Taking the Pedagogy Major in Chongqing Normal University as an Example

由于教师教育体制的改革,中等师范院校的撤销,教育学本科专业毕业生失去了对口的就业路径。教师资格证的改革也让教育学本科专业学生失去师范生的优势,再加上传统的教育学本科专业人才培养方案不够符合当前社会对人才的需求,教育学本科专业人才的出路面临着极大的挑战与问题,因而教育学专业培养模式的转型刻不容缓。本文以重庆师范大学教育学本科专业为例,从培养目标、课程体系、教学方式、评价方式等角度梳理和归纳了传统师范教育本科人才培养中的转型发展与探索,并总结分析了这种转型发展的成效、经验与反思。

Since the reform of the teacher education system and the revocation of secondary normal schools, the undergraduate education graduates lost the employment path. The reform of the teacher qualification certificate also lets them lose their advantages, and the traditional education program is not conforming to the demand of the society for talents cultivation of undergraduate talent education, the undergraduate professional way is facing challenges and great problems, so the transformation of its training mode is urgent. Taking the undergraduate education of Chongqing Normal University as an example, this article sums up its transformation, exploration, achievement, experience and reflection from the training objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods and evaluation methods.
