论河南省传统村落旅游开发的七大误区

SEVEN WRONG PATHS TAKEN IN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN HENAN PROVINCE

目前河南省传统村落的旅游开发,存在的误区主要有:规划编制上一味追求"名学府""名单位""名专家";村落保护上,"看见的"保护,"非物质"不管;开发建设上,脱离乡村文化实际,"整齐划一",盲目追求"高大上";不从实际出发,把村庄当景区,只要开发就收门票;实施开发时"拆""仿"当头,用建城市的理念建乡村;曲解"美丽",死抱"村庄"不放。针对问题,从加强对非物质文化的保护与开发,加强传统村落景观建设理念的宣传,加强传统村落景观建设规划引导,发挥传统村落景观建设典型示范和突出地域文化个性,活化传统村落等方面提出改进建议。

At present,the development of tourism in traditional villages in Henan Province is mainly manifested in the following aspects： designing tourism planning in hot pursuit of ＂famous universities＂,＂famous units＂,＂famous experts＂; protecting what is ＂in sight＂and ignoring what is ＂non-material＂in village-protection; being divorced from the actual rural culture and being in blind pursuit of ＂uniform＂and ＂being high-ended,atmospheric,and superior graded ＂in development and construction; regarding the village as scenic spots,and collecting admission tickets as long as the village are developed without taking into account the reality; implementing village development based on ＂demolition＂and ＂imitation＂and building the countryside with the concept of ＂building the city＂; distorting the meaning of ＂beautiful villages＂and firmly grasping the concept of ＂villages＂.The article puts forward some suggestions from such aspects as follows： strengthening the protection and development of non-material culture,strengthening the propaganda of the concept of traditional village landscape construction,strengthening the planning and guidance of the traditional village landscape construction,giving play to a typical model of traditional village landscape construction,highlighting regional cultural individuality and activating traditional villages.
