氟康唑与酮康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病的临床效果比较

Comparison on the Clinical Effects of Fluconazole and Ketoconazole in the Treatment of Oral Candidiasis

目的比较口腔念珠病患者应用氟康唑与酮康唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月期间我院收治的50例口腔念珠菌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各25例。研究组患者应用氟康唑治疗,对照组患者应用酮康唑治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应情况及复发情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为4%,显著低于对照组的32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的疾病复发率为4%,显著低于对照组的40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病的临床效果较酮康唑更好,不良反应发生率及复发率更低,可作为治疗口腔念珠菌病的首选药物。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of fluconazole and ketoconazole in the treatment of oral candidiasis. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with oral candidiasis admitted to our hospital flom May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects. All cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The study group was treated with fluconazole, while the control group was treated with ketoconazole. The curative effect, adverse reaction and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of study group was 96%, significantly higher than 64% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of study group was 4%, significantly lower than 32% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of disease of study group was 4%, significantly lower than 40% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Compared with ketoconazole, fluconazole has better clinical effect, and lower incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the treatment of oral candidiasis, which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of oral candidiasis.
