摘要 目的探讨呼吸功能锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者预后的效果与意义。方法选择我院收治的COPD患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗及日常护理,观察组在此基础上给予呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组患者干预前后的肺功能指标及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者的肺功能指标(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)、6分钟步行距离,以及各项生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能锻炼可有效提高COPD患者的呼吸功能,还能在一定程度上纠正低氧血症并减缓肺功能恶化,改善肺功能,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect and significance of respiratory function exercise on the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 100 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given regular therapy and daily nursing; in addition, the observation group received respiratory function exercise. The lung function indicators and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of each factor of quality of life, lung function indicators (FEV1%, FEV1/FVC) and distance of 6-minute walking of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Respiratory function exercise can effectively improve the respiratory function of COPD patients, correct hypoxemia and slow down the deterioration of lung function in some degree, and improve patients' lung function and quality of life.
