多样化护理干预对冠心病合并心律失常患者情绪和症状的影响

Effect of Diversified Nursing Intervention on the Emotion and Symptoms of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的探讨多样化护理干预对冠心病合并心律失常患者不良情绪和症状的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年7月我院收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者74例,随机分为干预组(多样化护理干预,37例)和对照组(常规护理,37例),比较两组患者的疗效,以及干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多样化护理干预可显著改善冠心病合并心律失常患者的不良情绪,改善患者的症状,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing intervention on the adverse emotions and symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 74 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group （diversified nursing intervention, 37 cases） and the control group （routine nursing, 37 cases）. The curative effect, and the anxiety and depression emotions before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results Before intervention, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the anxiety score or depression score （P〉0.05）; After intervention, the anxiety score and depression score of intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Diversified nursing intervention can significantly improve the adverse emotions and symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia, which has significant application value in clinic.
