腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术围手术期的护理体会

Perioperative nursing experience of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair

目的探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术患者围手术期的护理体会。方法对2010年1月至2015年12月,中国医科大学附属盛京医院131例行经腹腔镜完全腹膜外无张力修补术腹股沟疝患者围手术期施以专科护理干预。干预主要针对术前高腹压患者的合并症的纠正、术后并发症的防治以及出院预防疝复发进行护理及指导。结果本组131例患者平均手术时间(53.2±8.1)min,平均住院时间(4.7±1.0)d。术后合并阴囊积液4例,经细针抽吸加压包扎、局部皮肤护理等处理后均痊愈出院。本组患者术后随访6~24个月,无疝复发等远期并发症发生。结论对接受腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术患者实施以围手术期专科护理干预,可有效控制并减少并发症的发生,促进患者的痊愈。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair. Methods From January 2010 to December 2015, 131 cases of patients with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair were treated with specialized nursing intervention in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University. The nursing intervention mainly aimed at preoperative correction of high abdominal pressure comorbidity, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications, and nursing and guidance of hernia recurrence prevention. Results The average operation time was （53.2 ±8.1 ） min and the average hospital stay was （4.7 ± 1.0） days in this case series. Postoperative scrotal effusion occurred in 4 cases, which were cured after fine needle suction, compression bandage, and local care. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months, no recurrence of hernia and other long-term complications were noted. Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention in patients receiving laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair can effectively control and reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patients.
