摘要
归纳了Cu基催化剂上甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应的三个不同催化反应机理。综述了催化剂制备方法对反应温度、甲醇转化率、氢选择性、CO选择性及氢产量等指标的影响。归纳了Cu基催化剂失活的主要原因为热力学烧结、积碳烧结、硫化物中毒和氯化物中毒等。讨论了不同载体对催化剂的结构和热稳定性的影响。
The mechanism of three individual paths about hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming on Cu based catalyst was concluded. Some effective factors in catalyst preparation such as, reaction temperature, methanol conversion, H2 selectivity, CO selectivity, and H2 production are discussed. Main reasons for Cu based catalyst deactivation are thermodynamic sintering, carbon deposit, sulfide and chloride poisoning. The effect of supports on structure and thermo stability of catalyst is also represented.
