摘要
随着国内外MOOC平台的发展,优质资源共享理念的增强,优质在线开放课程平台的建设在全国高校掀起热潮。要想让国内在线开放课程平台能够产生社会效益,除了要在设计理念、运行机制、实施策略、技术支持和硬件保障上加以实现外,还要在课程质量监控、质量保障等方面制定相应的制度和机制。本文以在线开放课程质量评价问题为突破口,以浙江省高等学校精品在线开放课程共享平台为实践平台,从多种角色、多个维度和多个阶段出发,尝试构建了由3项一级评价指标、11项二级评价指标、34项三级评价指标组成的在线开放课程质量评价体系,以期为在线开放课程的建设与应用提供参考。
With the rapid development of Mooc platforms and the enhancement of quality re- source sharing concept, the construction of high quality online open course platform has caused a boom in colleges and universities. How to produce the online open courses platform social benefits? Not only to realize the design concept, the operation mechanism, the implementation strategy, the technical support and the hardware guarantee, but also we need to formulate the system and mecha- nism of curriculum quality control, quality assurance and so on. In this paper, we take the evalua- tion of online open course as the breakthrough point, taking Zhejiang Institutions of Higher Learn- ing Boutique Online Open Course Sharing Platform as a practice. The paper, from a variety of roles, dimensions and stages, is trying to build an online open course quality evaluation system with "3 first-grade indexes, 11 secondary indexes and 34 third grade indexes" in order to provide a refer- ence for the construction and application of online open courses.
