2005年-2015年我国成人教育学专业硕、博研究生就业现状与思考——以华东师范大学为例

2005-2015 Employment Situation and Thinking of Postgraduates of adult education major in China——A Case Study on East China Normal University

近年来,我国就业市场日益严峻。就教育学二级学科成人教育学专业而言,其就业质量得到了成人教育学界乃至社会各界人士的关注。基于此,对华东师范大学2005年-2015年成人教育学硕、博毕业生的就业情况进行了调查研究,明晰了成人教育学硕、博毕业生的就业现状,探究了引发此种现状的原因所在,并从国家、学校及毕业生自身等方面对今后进一步提升成人教育学硕、博毕业生的就业质量提出了若干建议与思考。

In recent years, China＇s employment market has become increasingly serious. As the two discipline of pedagogy, the quality of adult education has been paid more and more attention in the field of Adult Education. Upon this, the paper makes an investigation and study on the employ- ment situation of the adult education and the graduates from East China Normal University in 2005 --2015. It clears the employment status, explores the reasons for such situation. From certain per- spectives such as country, school and graduates themselves and other aspects, the paper puts for- ward some suggestions and thinking on promoting the quality of employment of graduates.
