基于供需平衡法的大型综合客运枢纽出租车拥有量配置研究

摘要 本文为解决大型综合客运枢纽出租车拥有量合理配置的问题,从出租车所承担的枢纽处乘客周转量出发,结合出租车辆空驶率,基于原始供需平衡法,提出了适用的供需平衡改进方法,同时与其他四种国内常用的出租车拥有量配置方法进行比较。通过对枢纽乘客出行特征与出租车运营特征的调查分析,得出枢纽处到达乘客总量、出租车平均运营速度、平均日运营时间等数据参数,以计算枢纽处所需出租车的拥有量。通过对南京火车站进行实例分析,证明研究所采用的供需平衡改进方法能有效解决客运枢纽的出租车拥有量问题,改进的模型应用简单方便,可操作性强。 In order to allocate the supply of taxies reasonably at large integrated passenger transportation hub, an improved balance method of supply and demand is proposed which considers the taxi passenger turnover, the number of the empty- loaded rate of taxies and other factors. At the same time, this method is compared with the other four commonly used methods for taxi allocation. Then, the method analyzes the characteristics of the passenger travel and the mode of the taxi operation at different time to accurately calculate the required number of taxies by making use of total passenger volume, the average operating speed of the taxi, the average daily operating time of taxi and other parameters. By analyzing the case of Nanjing Railway Station, the experiment results show that the improved balance method of supply and demand can effectively solve the problem of taxi allocation at passenger transportation hubs and it is operatable.
