手机取证在道路交通事故调查中的应用研究

摘要：本文在分析手机取证技术特点的基础上，针对公安交通管理部门在道路交通事故调查中的具体需求和重点内容，对手机取证技术的应用进行研究，重点分析了手机取证在证据获取方面对道路交通事故调查的帮助，同时结合事故调查的特点，总结了道路交通事故调查中手机取证的流程，为开拓道路交通事故调查渠道，提高道路交通事故调查水平提供了重要参考。

As an important branch of computer forensics, mobile phone forensics plays an increasingly important role in judicial practice. Based on the analysis of characteristics of mobile phone forensics technology and the specific needs of the pub}ic security departments in the road traffic accident investigation, by taking the investigation focus into consideration, the application of mobile phone forensics in road traffic accident investigation is studied, the role of mobile phone forensics in road traffic accident investigation is analyzed and the process of using mobile phone to get the forensics is summarized in accordance with the characteristics of accident investigation, which provides an important reference for opening up channels and improving the level of road traffic accident investigation.
