苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法选取2014年2月~2016年12月在我院治疗的100例原发性高血压患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组予以苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,研究组予以苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组患者的血压、心率、FMD、PAV、血浆NO、ET-1水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组的血压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的FMD、PAV显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的NO水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),ET-1显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率(14.00%)显著低于对照组(32.00%)(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和苯磺酸氨氯地平在原发性高血压患者治疗中的降压效果相似,但苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平在改善患者血管内皮功能方面疗效更好,不良反应发生率低,安全有效。 Objective To compare the efficacy of Levamlodipine Besylate and Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Altogether 100 cases of patients with primary hypertension who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group different treatment methods,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate,and the study group were treated with Levamlodipine Besylate.The blood pressure,heart rate,FMD,PAV,serum NO,ET-1 levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups (P〉0.05).The level of FMD and PAV in the study group were signifi- cantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05).The level of serum NO of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05),and the level of ET-1 of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group (14.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (32.00%) (P〈0.05).Conclusion The antihypertensive effect of application of Levamlodipine Besylate and Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension is similar,but the Levamlodipine Besylate has better curative effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in improving vascular endothelial functions with better safety and effectiveness.
