布地奈德雾化吸入对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床症状、体液免疫功能和肺功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Budesonide Inhalation on the clinical symptoms,humoral immune function and pulmonary function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

摘要 目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗后,肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床症状、体液免疫功能和肺功能的改善情况。方法选取2015年11月~2017年5月我院收治的95例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=48)。对照组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗,研究组患儿给予阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果及治疗前、治疗2周后肺功能和免疫功能相关指标的变化情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组患儿的72.34%,且研究组患儿咳嗽、退热、干湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白IgA和IgM明显低于本组治疗前,IgG明显高于本组治疗前,研究组患儿的IgA和IgM明显低于对照组,IgG明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的FVC和FEV1均明显高于本组治疗前,且研究组患儿的FVC和FEV1均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支原体肺炎患儿在常规阿奇霉素治疗基础上联合给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,可有效促进患儿临床症状、肺功能和免疫功能的改善,治疗效果比常规治疗的效果更加显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of Budesonide Inhalation on the clinical symptoms,humoral immune function and pulmonary function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 95 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from November 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n=47) and the study group (n=48),the children of control group were treated with Azithromycin,and the children of study group were treated with Azithromycin combined with Budesonide Inhalation.The therapeutic effect before and after 2 weeks of treatment and the changes of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and immune function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75% ,which was significantly higher than that of 72.34% of the control group,the disappearance time of cough,fever and dry and wet rales of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P〈0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA and IgM in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and IgG was significantly higher than before treatment,the IgA and IgM in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the IgG was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P〈0.05).After treatment,the FVC and FEVI of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the FVC and FEV~ of the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion For the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae,the conventional Azithromycin treatment combined with the Budesonide Inhalation treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and immune function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,compared with the conventional treatment,the treatment effect is more significant,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
