个性化术前护理访视在妇科腹腔镜手术全麻患者中的应用效果

Effectiveness of application of personalized preoperative nursing visit in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia

目的探讨分析个性化术前护理访视在妇科腹腔镜手术全麻患者中的应用效果。方法将我院在2015年4月~2016年8月收治的112例妇科腹腔镜手术患者纳入研究对象,根据不同的护理方式分为对照组与观察组,每组56例。对照组患者采取常规术前访视,观察组患者采取个性化术前护理访视。对比分析两组患者护理干预前后的焦虑情绪,医嘱依从性及治疗护理工作的满意度。结果访视后,观察组患者焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者医嘱依从性优良率为100.00%,明显高于对照组87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对术前访视护理工作满意度为98.21%,明显高于对照组82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术全麻患者,运用个性化术前护理访视可有效地缓解患者术前焦虑恐惧等不良情绪,并提高患者的医嘱依从性及对护理工作的满意度,更具安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of application of personalized preoperative nursing visit in patients under- went gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods Altogether 112 cases of patients under went gynecological laparoscopic surgery who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were included in the study and divided into two groups （control group and observation group） according to the different nursing methods, with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative visit,and the observation group received personalized preoperative nursing visit.The patients＇ anxiety,compliance of doctor＇s advice and satisfaction of treatment before and after nursing intervention were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of observation group after nursing visit was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）.The excellence rate of patients＇compliance of doctor＇s advice of observation group was 100.00%, higher than that of control group （87.50%）,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）,the patients＇satisfaction of preoper- ative nursing of observation group was 98.21%,significantly higher than that of control group （82.14%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of personalized preoperative nursing visit in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia can effectively relieve patients＇ preoperative anxiety,fear and other negative emotions,and improve patients＇ compliance of doctor＇s advice and satisfaction of nursing work,which brings more safety.
