在数字化、网络化的环境下,文献类型和传递方式呈多元化发展,读者的阅读习惯也相应改变。针对高校图书馆占比越来越少的纸质图书采购经费和不断降低的纸质图书借阅率,实行纸质图书"零复本"采购策略,对增加图书品种,节约成本,提高利用率具有意义。

In digital and networked environment,literature type and transmission way are becoming more diversified.The reader＇s reading habits also change accordingly.The paper books for the university library to borrow less than an accounting for book purchase funds and continue to reduce the rate of implementation of the paper book ＂ Zero copy＂ purchasing strategy,has a strong practical significance for increasing book varieties,raise the utilization rate and cost savings.
