摘要
期中学生反馈(midterm student feedback,MSF)教学咨询服务(以下简称MSF服务),是通过第三方(教学咨询员)进行课堂观摩和收集学生反馈以及提供相应的教学咨询来帮助教师发现问题、解决问题的教学支持服务形式。教师基于学生反馈及教学咨询来确定教学调整的方向和方法,并在教学中加以实施,从而改善课堂教学,提高教学水平。MSF服务促进教师教学行为改变的因素有:服务动机契合教师需求、学生积极参与、咨询员注重引导以及教师积极反思四个方面。这一服务对教师教学的改善存在着显性和隐性的影响。
Provided by teaching consultant as third party through classroom observation, student feedback collection and corresponding interview, Midterm Student Feedback Teaching Consultation Service (MSF service) is aimed at helping teachers find out teaching problems and the ways to solve them. Based on the student feedback and teaching consultation service, teachers can figure out solutions to dilemmas and employ them in teaching practice to enhance teaching. The factors facilitating the improvement of teaching behavior include service motivation in conformity with teachers" requirement, students" positive participation, consultants" guidance and teachers" positive reflection. MSF service has both visible and invisible impact on teaching.
