摘要 了解研究生职业决策困难对于促进研究生成功就业具有重要意义。本文运用问卷调查法,调查了697名教育专业研究生的职业决策困难类型和特征。结果显示,教育专业研究生职业决策困难分为"职业决策无忧型""性格犹豫不决型""决策动机不足型""双重职业决策困难型"四种类型。其中,后三种职业决策困难类型占9成;该群体的职业决策困难存在明显的性别差异,在职业决策的不同阶段出现了"研二职业决策困难"和"毕业班内部职业决策困难凸显"两种现象。据此,提出了建立基于需求的研究生就业指导体系等建议。 The study on graduate students" career decision-making difficulties is of great significance to their successful employment. The author conducts a questionnaire survey of 697 graduate students majored in education to explore the potential types and characteristics of their career decision-making difficulties. It is found out that the career decision-making difficulties of graduate students majored in education can be categorized into four types. The majority of graduate students majored in education are faced with career decision-makin- difficulties. Gender and stage differences are also revealed. The study puts forward several suggestions on the establishment of need-based career counseling system for universities.
