特发性肺纤维化患者中血清TGF-β1及BMP-7的表达变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者血清TGF-β1与BMP-7水平变化及临床意义。方法选择2015年3月-2016年12月特发性肺纤维化患者90例为观察组,选择同时期健康体检人员90例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测观察组治疗前后及对照组TGF-β1与BMP-7水平,比较两组患者血清TGF—β1与BMP-7的水平变化情况。结果治疗前观察组血清TGF-β1水平比正常对照组高(P〈005),而观察组BMP-7水平比正常对照组明显降低(P〈005)。有效组经治疗后血清中TGF-β1水平比无效组明显降低(P〈0.05),且比治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05),但仍高于对照组,而BMP-7水平比无效组明显升高(P〈0.05),且比治疗前明显升高(P〈0.05),但仍低于对照组。无效组治疗后血清TGF-β1水平进一步升高,血清BMP-7水平进一步降低。结论患者血清中TGF-β1与BMP-7水平变化与IPF的发生发展存在密切关系,可指导IPF临床检测、疗效评定及抗纤维化治疗提供思路。 Objective To explore the clinical significance and expression changes of TGF-β1, BMP-7 levels in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis ( 1PF ) . Methods 90 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the control group. 90 healthy people were selected as the control group, from March 2015 to December 2016. The serum levels of TGF- β1 and BMP-7 in the patients before and after treatment and control group were measured by ELISA. The serum levels of TGF- β1 and BMP-7 in the two groups were compared. Results The serum levels of TGF- β1 in patients with IPF were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05) , while the serum levels of BMP-7 in patients with IPF were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) .In the effective group, the serum level of TGF-β1 was significantly decreased than that before treatment and the non-effective group ( P〈0.05 ) , but still higher than the control group. In the effective group, the serum level of BMP-7 was significantly higher than that before treatment and the non-effective group (P〈0.05) , but still lower than the control group. In the non-effective group, the serum of TGF-β1 was increased, while the serum of BMP-7 was decreased. Conclusion The changes of serum levels ofTGF- β1, BMP-7 are closely related to the development and progression of IPF, which can guide the clinical investigation, evaluation of efficacy and anti-fibrosis therapy.
