甲氨蝶呤联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤（MTX）联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法回顾性分析80例输卵管妊娠患者，对照组单用MTX，观察组在对照组治疗上加用中药，观察治疗后患者的疗效、血β-HCG、平均住院时间及不良反应。结果两组治愈率差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），且血β—HCG转阴所需时间、平均住院时间的差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），但两组的药物不良反应率差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论MTX联合药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效确切，治疗时间短，不良反应少，可减轻患者的不适，值得推广。

Objective To determine the efficacy of combination methotrexate and Chinese herbal medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy. Methods In a retrospective analysis of 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients, the control group is only using MTX, observation group adding Chinese herbal medician on the basic of the control group, which are to observe the curative effect, blood beta HCG, the average in-hospital time and adverse resction of＂ two groups of patients after treatment. Results The effective rate, beta HCG, average hospitalization time in the treatment group is less than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .The safety of the observation group is equal to the control group. Conclusion In the treatment ofectopic pregnancy, the use ofmultidose methotrexate combined with Chinese herbal medicine have definitely curative effect and less adverse reaction, which can relieve the discomfort of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
