富含血小板血浆治疗难治性窦道创面的疗效观察

目的探讨富含血小板血浆（PRP）治疗难治性窦道创面的疗效。方法骨科慢性窦道创面患者12例，其中骨折术后创面窦道内固定外露8例，外伤后皮下软组织窦道创面4例，清创后予以PRP局部注射，观察患者疼痛及窦道创面修复情况。结果12g,]难治性窦道创面经处理后7例患者疼痛明显减轻，创面完全愈合6例，部分愈合6例。结论富含血小板血浆治疗难治性窦道创面，能明显减轻患者疼痛，对创面修复有显著作用且操作简单、安全。

Objective To ,study the clinical effect ofp]otelet-rich plasma in the treatment ofrefractory cutaneous fistula wounds. Methods A total of twelve patients with refractory cutaneous tismla wound were chosen in this study. Among the patients, eight wound occurred fo~,owing fi-acane fixation and four occurred following soft tissue injury. Platelet--rich phsma were locally injected following wound debfidement Wound healing and pain were assessed after the treatment Resdls In all of the refractory cutaneous fistula wounds, 6 were completely healed and 6 were partly healed. 7 cases＇ pain relieved in all patients. Conclusion Local injection with platelet-rich plasma, as a safe and sunple method, are effective in the healing and pain reliving of refractory cutaneous fistula wounds.
