内固定治疗桡骨头骨折疗效观察

目的观察手术内固定治疗桡骨头骨折患者疗效方法回顾性分析2012年5月至2017年3月32例内固定治疗桡骨头骨折患者的临床资料，其中Ⅱ型22例，Ⅲ型9例，Ⅳ型1例．．结果32例患者术后随访5～30个月，骨折愈合时间6～8周．术后采用Brnherg和Morrey肘关节评分标准进行疗效评定：其中优16例、良9例、可6例、差1例，患者肘关节功能恢复优良率78.1％。结论桡骨头骨折内固定治疗能够改善肘关节的关节功能．

Objective To evaluate the clinical result of internal fixation for the treatment of radias head fractures. Methods 32patients of radias head fractures, including 22 cases mason Ⅱ , 9 cases mason Ⅲ, 1 case nrason Ⅳ, from May 2012 to March 2017. They were treated by internal fixation. Result The fbllow up was 5- 30 months. The fracture healing time was six to eight weeks. The clinical results were evaluated according to Broberg and Morrey score systems, 16 cases were rated as excellent, 9 as good, 6 as fair, 1 as bad. The fimction recovered well in 78.1% of the cases. Conclusion Treatment of the radias head fractures with internal fixation will improve the elbow fimction.
