艾灸联合紫草油外涂治疗失禁相关性皮炎的疗效观察

目的观察艾灸联合紫草油外用治疗失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将45例失禁相关性皮炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均采用皮肤清洁、隔离保护等护理方法，观察组患者在对照组患者皮肤护理方法基础上，加用艾灸联合紫草油外涂。观察两纽患者治疗7d后皮炎的治愈、显著效果的例数及总有效率。结果观察组失禁相关性皮炎的治疗总有效率高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论艾灸联合紫草油外涂能够改善失禁相关性皮炎的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of moxibustion combined borage oil on the treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis. Methods 45 patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. All the patient used the same nursing methods of skin clean and the protective isolation. The patient in the observation group added the treatment of moxibustion combined borage oil. The efficacy of incontinence-associated dermatitis was recorded between two groups 7 days later. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Moxibusfion combined borage oil can improve the therapeutic effect of incontinence-associated dermatitis.
