舒芬太尼预处理对减轻术前静脉注射地塞米松磷酸钠引起的会阴部不适症状的效果

目的探讨舒芬太尼对减轻术前静脉注射地塞米松引起会阴部不适症状的效果。方法收集2017年4月至7月择期手术患者80例，均为女性，分为2组，A组：麻醉诱导前给予O．9％氯化钠注射液2ml，2min后再给予地塞米松10mg，B组：麻醉诱导前给予舒芬太尼0．01μg／k，用O．9％氯化钠注射液稀释2ml，2min后再给予地塞米松10mg，观察两纽患者会阴部不适的发生率和严重程度。结果舒芬太尼预处理纽患者会阴部不适的发生率、强度均低于未处理组（P〈O．01）。结论舒芬太尼可以减轻静脉注射地塞米松引起的会阴部不适症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of reducing the symptoms of perineum discomfort with the use of sufentanil in patients with preoperative intravenous injection of dexamethasone. Methods A total of 80 female patients in our hospital were isolated from April 2017 to July 2017, the patients were randomized into two groups of 40 each. Group A received 2 ml normal saline followed, 2 minutes later, by 10 mg dexamethasone bolus intravenously. Group B received 0.01 ug/kg sufentanil diluted in saline to a volume of 4 ml followed by 10 mg dexamethasone bolus 2 minutes later. The incidence, intensity of the perineal symptoms after the drug administration were recorded.The intensity of perineal symptoms was graded based on the VAS as none （ VAS 0 ） , mild （ VAS 1-3 ） , moderate （ 4-6 ） , or severe （ VAS 7 to 10 ） . Results The pain was located especially in the perineal region. The incidence ofperineal symptoms and intensity were significantly reduced after pretreatment with sufentanil （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion The use of 0.01 μg/kg ofsufentanil in female patients undergo elective surgery requiring dexamethasone will prevent the perineal symptoms.
