泡沫敷料上设制观察窗对压疮防治的效果

目的探讨泡沫敷料上设制观察窗对压疮的防治效果。方法2015年应用泡沫敷料对压疮换药治疗86例为对照组，2016年应用泡沫敷料上设制观察窗治疗压疮86例为观察组，治疗60d，比较两组临床疗效及医疗成本。结果观察组临床治愈率73．25％，明显高于对照组55．81％，观察组换药次数、医疗成本与对照纽比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论泡沫敷料上设制观察窗，能及时观察创面变化状况，减少贴敷次数，提高压疮治愈率，还能有效预防高危皮肤压疮的发生，具有先进性，科学性，实用性，值得临床在防治压疮中推广应用。

Objective To explore and study the benefits towards the treatment of bedsore by setting up an observation window on the foam dressing. Method Compared with the 86 cases of bedsore patients who were treated by form dressing change in 2015, 86 cases in 2016 were regarded as an experimental group, in which observation windows were attached to their form dressing. The healing effect and economic cost of the 2 groups were compared after 2 months＇ observation and treatment. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was 73.25%, much higher than the 2015 group which was only 55.8%. And also because of the deduction in frequency of dressing change, the medical cost was decreased, too. The difference between groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion By setting up observation windows on foam dressing, we can pay attention to the change of ulcer timely, reduce the frequency of dressing change, increase cure rate and effectively prevent the occurrence of highly dangerous skin bedsores. It has remarkable social and economic benefits. It is advanced, scientific and practical, thus, is worthy of popularization and application in the prevention and treatment of bedsore.
