腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮对卵巢囊肿的治疗作用研究

Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With Gestrinone on Oophoritic Cyst

目的探讨卵巢囊肿采取腹腔镜手术与孕三烯酮联合治疗的作用。方法将我院收治的卵巢囊肿50例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各自25例。对照组患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组则加用孕三烯酮治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前后孕激素水平(FSH、LH、E2)。结果研究组总有效率达88.00%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前FSH、LH、E2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者接受腹腔镜手术与孕三烯酮联合治疗可以明显提高疗效,而且更好地改善孕激素水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in ovarian cyst. Methods 50 cases of ovarian cysts were enrolled in this study, and were divided into study group and control group, each of 25 cases according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The patients in study group were treated with gestrinone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared with that of the control group （FSH, LH, E2） before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.00%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in FSH, LH and E2 between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of laparoscopic surgery and gestrinone in ovarian cyst can improve the curative effect and improve the level of progesterone better.
