口腔颌面部肿瘤手术治疗的临床疗效分析

目的探讨口腔颌面部肿瘤患者手术治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的100例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(52例)。对照组患者采用放射治疗法,观察组患者实施手术治疗方案,比较两组患者治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果对照组治疗总有效率为75.0%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.3%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者不良反应发生情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予口腔颌面部肿瘤患者手术治疗方案,临床效果显著,安全性高,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of oral and maxfllofacial tumors. Methods 100 patients with oral and maxiomatically tumors treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control gi＇oup （48 cases） and the observation group （52 cases）. The control group was treated with radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with surgical treatment. The treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%, compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The surgical treatment for oral and maxillofacial tumor patients is remarkable in effect, and has high safety, less adverse reactions.
