根管治疗术在老年人牙周牙髓联合病变中的应用效果分析

Application of Root Canal Therapy in Elderly Patients With Periodontal Endodontic Lesions

目的分析根管治疗术在老年人牙周牙髓联合病变中的应用效果。方法选择我院148例牙周牙髓联合病变的老年患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各74例,观察组用根管治疗术联合牙周系统治疗,对照组用牙周系统治疗,对比两组的疗效和患者对治疗的满意度。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年人牙周牙髓联合病变中,根管治疗术有较好的临床疗效,患者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of root canal therapy on periodontal endodontic lesions in the elderly patients. Methods In our hospital, 148 cases of elderly patients with combined periodontal endodontic lesions were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 74 cases in each group, observation group was treated with root canal therapy combined with periodontal treatment, the control group was treated with periodontal system. The curative effect and the satisfaction of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The total satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with periodontal endodontic lesions using root canal therapy has good clinical efficacy, higher patient satisfaction.
