对比红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效

Comparison of Erythromycin and Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的对比红霉素与阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法根据我院儿科2015年1月—2017年6月所收治的172例小儿支原体肺炎患者的临床治疗资料,随机将全部患儿分为对照组(采用红霉素进行治疗)和研究组(采用阿奇霉素进行治疗),每组各有患儿86例,观察期均为2周,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结论对比两组患儿的治疗效果及药物不良反应发生情况,研究组明显优于对照组,其对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素相较于红霉素药物起效更快、治疗更明显、药物持续时间更长、不良反应更少。

Objective To compare the efficacy of erythromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods According to the clinical treatment data of 172 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in children from January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group （using erythromycin for treatment） and the study group （with azithromycin for treatment）. There were 86 children in each group. The observation period was 2 weeks, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Conclusion Compared the two groups of children＇s treatment effect and adverse drug reactions, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin has faster effect, more obvious treatment, longer duration of medication and less adverse reactions than erythromycin.
