阿米卡星及枸橼酸钠干粉抗凝在假性血小板减少中的应用与价值探究

摘要 目的分析假性血小板减少中阿米卡星及枸橼酸钠干粉抗凝的应用效果及临床价值。方法采集5例假性血小板减少患者的枸橼酸钠抗凝血标本(2管,分别为水剂和干粉枸橼酸钠抗凝)、EDTA-K2抗凝血标本(2管,其中1管在采血前加入阿米卡星),使用全自动血细胞分析仪在5 min内、15 min、0.5 h、1.0 h、2.0 h、3.0 h进行血小板计数检测。结果加入阿米卡星的EDTA-K2抗凝血标本中,有4例患者的血小板计数结果正常;1例加或未加阿米卡星的EDTA-K2抗凝血标本,时间延长,血小板计数逐渐升高,但仍旧存在凝集现象,未在正常范围值内;枸橼酸钠干粉抗凝的血标本,4例血小板计数结果正常。结论 EDTA-K2抗凝血加入阿米卡星能够解离血小板聚集,枸橼酸钠干粉抗凝血标本亦可作为处理EDTA依赖的假性血小板减少情况。 Objective To analyze the application effect and clinical value of the anticoagulant of sodium amitacin and sodium citrate in pseudo thrombocytopenia. Methods 5 patients with pseudo thrombocytopenia and sodium citrate anticoagulant blood specimens were collected (2 tubes, water and dry sodium citrate anticoagulation, respectively), EDTA-K2 anticoagulant blood specimens (2 tubes, before blood collection, one of which joined amikacin). The automatic blood cell analyzer was used in 5 rain, 15 min, 0.5 b, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h to detect the platelet count. Results The platelet count was normal in 4 patients in the EDTA-K, anticoagulant specimens. 1 case of EDTA-K~ anticoagulant specimens with or without amikacin, time extended and platelet count gradually increased, but there was still agglutination, which was not in normal range. Blood samples of sodium citrate dry powder, 4 cases of platelet count were normal. Conclusion EDTA - K2 anticoagulant join amikacin solution from the platelet aggregation, sodium citrate powder as dealing with EDTA anticoagulant blood specimens can be rely on pseudo thrombocytopenia.
