高频彩超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值分析

Application Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Lesions

目的分析高频彩超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取2015年1月—2017年1月在我院就诊的乳腺肿块患者90例作为研究对象,病理诊断其中良性病变72例,恶性病变18例,所有研究对象均进行高频彩超和普通超声检查,对比分析检查结果。结果乳腺良恶性病变诊断中,高频超声在结节增生、导管内乳头状瘤、纤维腺瘤、浸润性小叶癌、浸润性导管癌、髓样癌、粘液癌的检出率高于普通超声,且高频超声良恶性诊断与病理诊断符合率高于普通超声,两种检查方法对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中,高频彩超诊断准确率高,具有定位准确、安全性高等检查优点。

Objective To analyze the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 90 patients with breast lumps from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. There were 72 cases of benign lesions and 18 cases of malignant lesions. All the subjects were subjected to high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and general ultrasound Check, the results were compared and analyzed. Results The detection rate of high frequency ultrasonography in nodular hyperplasia, intraductal papilloma, fibroadenoma, invasive lobular carcinoma, invasive ductal carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma was higher than that of general ultrasound, there is a significant difference between the two methods （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of high accuracy, with accurate positioning, high security advantages.
