全自动清洗消毒器集中处理呼吸机管路及附件的效果分析

Study on Effect of Sterilization for Ventilator Pipes and Accessories by Full Automatic Disinfection Machines

目的分析全自动清洗消毒器和配套专用呼吸机管道清洗架集中处理呼吸机管路及附件的清洗消毒效果,以有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎。方法运用全自动清洗消毒器和配套专用呼吸机管道清洗架,按照卫生行业标准清洗流程对1 800件呼吸机管路及附件进行集中清洗消毒,并用目测法和细菌采样法对清洗消毒后呼吸机管路及附件进行效果监测及评价。结果呼吸机管路及附件经全自动清洗消毒器集中处理后,目测法检测1 800件呼吸机管路及附件合格率达99.8%,细菌采样法监测随机抽样180件呼吸机管路及附件合格率达100.0%。结论运用全自动清洗消毒器对呼吸机管路及附件进行集中清洗消毒,能充分保证呼吸机管路及附件的清洗消毒质量,预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,不断提升临床科室对消毒供应中心服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the sterilization effect on ventilator tubes and accessories disposed by full automatic disinfection machines and special ventilator pipe cleaning rack, thus to effectively prevent the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods By using full automatic disinfection machines and special ventilator pipe cleaning rack, a total of 1 800 ventilator pipes and accessories were cleaned and disinfected according to the health industry standards, and the sterilization effect on ventilator tubes and accessories were evaluated by visual estimation and bacteria sampling detection after the cleaning process. Results The quality rate conducted by the visual estimation was up to 99.8% for 1 800 ventilator accessories, 100.0% by bacteria random sampling detection for 180 ventilator accessories. Conclusion Using full automatic disinfection machines to clean and sterilize the ventilator tubes and accessories can ensure the quality of the ventilator sterilization and prevent ventilator- associated pneumonia effectively, thus to improve the satisfaction from the clinical departments towards the service of sterilization and supply center.
