摘要
纳米技术作为一种新型技术,具有多种独特且高效的优势,本文主要归纳纳米技术近几年来在生物医学工程领域中的应用及效果,进一步证实纳米技术在生物医学工程领域应用的可行性。由于纳米技术中涵盖的内容广泛且多样,具有多项特殊性能,为生物材料、生物医学工程机械以及康复工程等诸多方面提供坚实而强有力的物质基础与技术保障。在生物医学方面,先进的纳米技术可制成各种分子传感器和探测器,快速了解人们体内潜在风险因子;利用纳米羟基磷酸钙可制成人的牙齿、骨关节等医学物品;将药物制成药包或储存在碳纳米管中,通过不同途径使药物进入体内并激发药剂释放,成为一种可控药剂,为医学事业做出巨大贡献。此外纳米技术也是对癌症治疗最有可能和希望的手段之一,但纳米技术载体存在很强的免疫原,难以避免的引发过敏反应,因此纳米技术在临床应放在安全性考虑之后,设计出更为合适的对抗手段。
Nanoscaletechnology has several distinguished advances as a new technology. This paper mainly concludes the applications and results of Nanoscaletechnology in the field of biomedical engineering recent years, and gives the reasons for the probability to put it into practice. Nanoscaletechnology has built up foundations for areas such as biological material, biomedical engineering and rehabilitation engineering, on account of its distinct advances and wide range of knowledge. Nanoscaletecbnology can be applied to kinds of molecular sensors, to detect any unexplored factors; Using Nanoscaletechnology can produce artificial organs like joints and teeth; nanophase materials is a good carrier and controller of medicines. What's more, Nanoscaletechnology has a splendid future in the area of curing cancers, however, nanophasc materials can easily cause allergy, People need to find the optimal method in clinical applications, with safety at the first place.
