摘要
目的分析手术室整体化护理在提升手术室护理安全中的应用价值。方法特选取2015年3月—2017年4月于我院接受手术治疗的84例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组选择常规手术室护理干预,研究组选择整体化护理,比较护理效果。结果研究组护理质量及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施手术室整体化护理能提升手术室护理安全,提高护理质量及满意度,减少医患冲突,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyzed the value of operating room holistic nursing in enhancing operating room nursing safety. Methods 84 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine operation room nursing intervention, and the study group was given holistic nursing, then, nursing effect was compared. Results The quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing in operation room can improve the safety of operation room nursing, improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing, reduce the conflict between doctors and patients, and has high application value.
