对师范类高职院校青年教师培养培训的思考

Thinking on Training for Young Teachers of Normal Vocational Colleges

随着师范类高职院校的发展,青年教师所占比例越来越大,而目前培养培训的模式已经不能满足高职院校课程改革和＂双师型＂教师的需要。师范类高职院校青年教师培养工作应做到：完善和健全培训政策制度;资金支持,保证青年教师培养培训经费;促进多元化培训、岗前培训和岗后培训相结合;加强师德培训;促进实践教学的培训,培养＂双师型＂教师。

With the development of normal vocational colleges,the proportion of young teachers is more and more big. The training mode has not satisfied the curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges and the need of‘double type＇teachers. This paper puts forward some suggestions here： perfect and sound system of training policy; give financial support,guarantee young teachers ＇training funds; promote diversity training,pre-job training and post training; enhance teacher ethics training; promote the training of practice teaching to cultivate the ‘double type＇teachers.
