论高校教师的政治诚信

Probe on University Teacher’s Political Integrity

有关高校教师诚信的教学诚信和科研诚信及交往诚信有很多人研究,但政治诚信却少有人研究,高校教师政治诚信存在信念缺失,履行政治义务和权利行为不信,表里不一、言行不一、课堂和课外不一等问题。其形成的原因有西方政治观念的冲击,个人政治修养不够及社会环境的恶化。教师的政治诚信建设要做到坚持真理修正谬误,相信马克思主义,牢固理想信念;净化社会环境,营造良好的舆论环境;提高自身政治修养,言行一致,课上课下一致,形成奖赏政治诚信、惩罚政治不信的机制。

Much research has been done on teaching integrity,research integrity and good faith in communication among university teacher＇s integrity,but little research has been done on political integrity. There are many problems concerning political integrity such as lack of belief,disloyalty in performing political obligation and rights,inconsistence in appearance and mind,speech and action,inside and outside class. Their causes may include impacts of western political ideas,insufficient personal political cultivation and deterioration of social environments. The construction of political integrity should first stick to truth correcting error,believe in Marxism,reinforce ideals and conviction; second,purify social environments,build good public opinion environments; third,promote personal political cultivation,be consistent in speech and action,inside and outside class; last,build a mechanism to reward political integrity and punish political disloyalty.
