小学教育专业学生师范技能培养问题研究——以哈尔滨学院小学教育专业为例

Research on Training of Normal Skills for Primary School Education Majors——Taking Primary Education Specialty of Harbin University as an Example

师范技能培养是师范生教育的重要内容。小学教育专业学生师范技能类型可以分为基础技能和提高技能、学科技能与教育技能、必修技能与选修技能等,据此可以开展小学教育专业学生师范技能体系与内容的构建。师范生技能管理方面可以开展学分制管理、准入制考核、课程负责制等活动,以提高师范生技能训练的效果。

Normal skill training is an important part of the education of normal students. Primary school teachers＇ professional skills can be divided into basic skills and improving skills,academic skills and education skills,skills required and optional skills,which can carry out normal skill system and construction of content for education students in primary school. In order to improve the effect of skill training,normal school students can carry out such activities as credit system management,admittance system assessment and curriculum responsibility system.
