人才培养是大学的核心功能,中国特色社会主义大学培养的是德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是学校建设和育人的重要体现。民办高校应注重自身校园文化建设,这是培养全面的人和自身发展建设的必然需要。哈尔滨华德学院注重理念引领办学,在艰辛探索、艰苦创业、发展壮大过程中,逐步构建起＂13483＂校园文化体系。

Talent cultivation is the core function of universities. The socialist university with Chinese characteristics trains socialist builders and successors featuring an all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique and art. The campus culture is a major component of advanced socialist culture and important embodiment of school construction and education. Private higher education institutions should attach much importance to the construction of campus culture,which is necessary for cultivating well-rounded talents and developing the institutions.
