基于自媒体平台的大学新生始业教育研究

Studies on Beginning Education of University Life Based on We-Media Platform

在对新生自媒体平台使用的现状调研和对目前始业教育存在问题总结的基础上,分析利用自媒体平台开展始业教育的优势,提出高校始业教育工作要转变观念,在自媒体平台上开拓始业教育工作阵地;组建队伍,提高始业教育工作者的网络素养;实事求是,不断丰富拓展新生始业教育的内容;制度保障,为基于自媒体平台的始业教育提供发展动力。

Based on current situation investigation of we-media application to freshmen and summary of existing issues exposed to current beginning education,the paper analyzed the advantages of we-media platform to carry out beginning education and proposed that the perception of beginning education should be changed,and a new ground in we-media should be opened up; the college should create a team and improve the teachers＇ digital literacy; base on facts,the college should enrich the content of beginning education and create a system to provide the power of development for begining education based on we-media platform.
