高校生涯咨询工作的助人效能探讨

A Probe into the Effectiveness of Career Counseling in College

近年来,随着国内对"职业生涯规划"关注度的不断提高,越来越多的人希望得到更加专业的生涯咨询服务。本文结合国内高校生涯咨询实际,经过对大量案例的分析研判,提出生涯咨询的"助人"效能具体由会甄别、会评估、可转变三方面构成;面临的现实阻碍主要涉及:来自咨询师自身双重角色的相互干扰,咨询技术与中国传统教育理念不相适应性,职业生涯教育大众意识认识不足,生涯咨询与就业指导的融合不足等四个方面;最后对高校职业生涯咨询效能建设提出了以下三点建议:高校职业生涯咨询师资建设质与量同步提升,高校职业生涯咨询技术研究理论与实践相辅相成,高校职业生涯教育中教学与咨询包容并济。

As career planning has increasingly attracted great attention in China in recent years, people prefer to get professional career counseling. This article puts forward that efficacy of helping students in career counseling consists of three aspects by analyzing the practice of domestic college career consulting and a large number of cases. The three aspects are screening, assessment, and transformation. However, four main difficulties are encountered. It includes mutual interference because of the dual role of the counselor himself, the difference between consulting technology and the traditional Chinese educational theory, the lack of the public awareness of career education and the integration between career counseling and job guidance is not well ade- quate. At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the following three suggestions in career counseling efficacy. Quality and quantity should be promoted simultaneously in the training of college career counseling counselor. The theory and practice of career counseling in colleges should complement each other. Teaching and consultation should be inclusive in college career education.
