管理软件企业的客户比较多,不能同样对待,要将客户分成不同的等级。客户关系管理系统,使用Microsoft公司的Visual Studio 2012集成开发环境进行开发,数据库采用了微软公司的SQL Server 2012。客户关系管理系统采用结构化的分析与设计方法,建立瀑布模型。系统的功能模块主要包括:基础信息管理、客户管理、投诉管理、商机管理、市场管理等。通过客户关系管理系统的使用,对客户进行关心、关怀和关爱,让客户成为管理软件企业的忠诚客户,为企业创造效益。
There are so many customers in management software enterprises,then cannot be treated equally,they must be divided into different grade. Microsoft's Visual Studio 2012 integrated development environment is used in the customer relationship management system development,MS SQL Server 2012 is used as database. Customer relationship management system uses structured analysis and design method to establish waterfall model. The functional modules of the system include:basic information management,customer management,complaint management,business opportunities management,market management,etc. Through the use of customer relationship management system,the customer care and love,so that customers become loyal customers of the management software enterprises,to create benefits for enterprises.
