文件档案是医院档案系统的重要构成分支,对医院改革发展、档案建设与对外服务等具有重要的作用,应该受到高度重视。但是目前医院文件档案建设现场,其信息化建设相对不理想,尤其是开发利用方面非常有必要强化。互联网络+医院发展的新常态为其提供了很好机遇,也带来了挑战。有鉴于此,医院应该主动把高度重视文件档案的信息化建设放置于互联网络+医院发展的新常态中,将医院发展、文件档案建设与信息化发展有机融合一起,从理念、内容、方式、主体与保障条件等方面提升文件档案信息化建设的水平。
